Q: Can I add more suppliers after submitting an RFQ? Yes. You can amend the RFQ to add additional suppliers.
Q: A supplier missed the deadline. Can they still respond? The deadline is informational — PayInvoice Next does not block late responses. However, your procurement policy may require you to exclude late submissions.
Q: How many suppliers should I invite? Best practice is 3 or more for competitive pricing. Your organization's procurement policy may specify a minimum.
Q: Can I cancel an RFQ after sending? Yes, if no Supplier Quotation has been submitted against it. Cancel from Menu > Cancel.
