PR FAQ & Troubleshooting
Q: Can I raise a PR for services (not physical goods)? Yes. Select a service-type item or enter a description. Set the UOM to "Nos" or "Service".
Q: How do I check the status of my PR? Open the PR and check the Workflow State field. You can also filter the PR list by status.
Q: My PR was rejected. What do I do? Read the rejection comment, make the requested changes, and resubmit. See Modify or Cancel a PR.
Q: Can I request items from multiple departments in one PR? No. Each PR is linked to one department. Create separate PRs for different departments.
"Required By date cannot be in the past" Set a future date. The Required By date must be today or later.
"Budget Code (WBS) is required" Your organization requires budget assignment on Purchase Requests. Select a valid WBS code.
